High-Intensity-Interval-Training is what we focus on at Rebel Bootcamp. Coupled with a military themed regiment, we offer and experience like no other. Our programme incorporates a variety of sports conditioning, speed, agility, strength, getting down and dirty, exciting equipments, friendship and a tonne of fun. Targeting increased energy levels, endurance, stamina and physical strength, our sessions change constantly to ensure that boredom is not an issue.
Rebels will be trained by our battle hardened coaches who, in line with our military theme, are called Sarge. Between constructing creative and challenging programmes for the participants and executing an effective session, our coaches aim to engage with you in order to form a positive impacting bond, making the workout productive and fun altogether.
